What's the catch? This does not apply for purchase prices under $120.000. For properties purchased for $119,999.99 and less, I will rebate $300.

But wait! There's more! I will also pay the Pulse Realty Group brokerage fee of $350 on all purchases above $120,000. That means, if you buy any home priced at $120,000 and above and close on or before March 31, 2015, I will rebate $850! (What is a Brokerage Fee? Almost every real estate brokerage charges this fee. Fees differ at each company, running from $295-$795 as a rule. If you are interviewing other agents, please ask what their fee is and if you are expected to pay it. Fair question? You bet.)
