Summerlin is a suburban master-planned community in the Las Vegas Valley of Southern Nevada. It lies at the edge of the Spring Mountains and Red Rock Canyon to the west. It is known for outdoor activities and some of the best schools in the Las Vegas valley.

The Cliffs
The Cliffs is a new 450-acre village in South Summerlin. The Cliffs contains the Wet ‘n’ Wild water park and will eventually be home to over 1,700 homes across 11 communities. The Cliffs offers exquisite views of the Las Vegas valley. There are three schools in The Cliffs, making the village a perfect place for families. Two public schools, Shelley Berkley Elementary School and Faiss Middle School, along with Bishop Gorman.
Siena
Siena is one of the most beautiful, luxurious, active, and friendly age-privileged communities in the country. Residents enjoy a newly remodeled Fitness Center, with Bocce, Tennis, Pickleball, as well as indoor and outdoor swimming. The Community Center provides a gathering place for all social and club activities.
